UV Curing Paints
UVISEAL 4250
UVISEAL # 4250 is a UV radiation curable, non-yellowing sanding sealer based on acrylic ester derived from a low molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin. It provides fast curing; good sandability, excellent adhesion and high build film coat. It has a very good chemical and mechanical property.
It is best recommended to be used as basecoat for high quality furniture, plywood, veneers, solid woods and flooring panels, etc.

- Substrate should be free from contaminant such as oil and dust, etc.
- Moisture content of timber should be kept below 15 percent.

UVISEAL # 4250 contains monomer and esters, nevertheless use protective gloves and eye goggles when handling this product. It is recommended to provide proper ventilation on working area. If contact with skin or splash in eyes, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice.
Store in the dark, cool and dry places under normal temperature and humidity. Shelf life of 6 months at 300C room temperature.
