UVIPRIME WHITE # 1100

UVIPRIME WHITE #1100 is a mono component UV pigmented radiation curable basecoat based on modified acrylic resin and reactive monomer. It provides fast curing; good sanding ability, excellent adhesion on a critical substrate and high build film coat. It has a very good chemical and mechanical property.
It is best recommended to be used as basecoat for high quality wooden furniture, plywood, flooring panels, melamine coated MDF, etc.

Curing Speed: 10-12 m/min., 2 lamps: irradiation, Distance : 15 cm., 1 lamp Hg + 1 lamp Ga.
Application condition: Air temperature 5ºC min, Relative humidity 85% max
Application method: Reverse roller
Sandability: Immediately After UV
  • Substrate should be free from contaminant such as oil and dust, etc.
  • Moisture content of timber should be kept below 15 percent.
  • Sand well the surface to be primed with appropriate grit sand paper either manually or auto sanding machine
  • UVIPRIME WHITE # 1100 has to be cured by two lamps ( Ga + Hg).
  • For melamine coated substrate, application of one (1) coat Isolator 100 is a must.

UVIPRIME WHITE # 1100 contains no solvents, nevertheless use protective gloves and eye goggles when handling this product. It is recommended to provide proper ventilation on working area. If contact with skin or splash in eyes, wash with fresh water and seek medical advise.

Store in the dark, cool and dry places under normal temperature and humidity. Shelf life of 3- 4 months at 300C room temperature.
