UV Curing Paints
UVICOAT # 1100
UVICOAT # 1100 is a pigmented acrylated polyether- based U.V. radiation curable paint. It provides fast curing, excellent adhesion, scratch and abrasion resistance, staining resistance, very good chemical and mechanical property.
Designed to be used as topcoat for high quality furniture, plywood and floor panels, etc.

- Mix well before use, making sure that equipment is clean in order to avoid contamination from other materials

Substrate should be free from contaminant such as oil and dust etc.

Moisture content of timber should be kept below 15 percent.

Surface to be topcoated with Uvicoat #1100 should be primed with Uviprime #1000.

Curing process requires 2 lamps (1Hg + 1 Ga.)
UVICOAT # 1100 contains no solvents, nevertheless use protective gloves and eye goggles when handling this product. It is recommended to provide proper ventilation on working area. If contact with skin or splash in eyes, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice.
Store in the dark, cool and dry places under normal temperature and humidity. Shelf life of 4 months at 300C room temperature.
