undercoat enamel
A pigmented basecoat blended with synthetic alkyd resins and selected fillers. It is formulated to give a high covering power, good sanding ability and excellent elasticity.
MAS UNDERCOAT ENAMEL can be used for all type of wooden furniture, chairs, turned pieces, picture moulding and related products.

Application Condition – Temp. of the substrate should be min. 3°C
By Spraying (3 -4 atm) /Brushing.
For all woods; 1 -2 coats thinned at 40% EB Thinner.
For woods with deep grains; 2 -3 coats thinned at 50% EB Thinner.
Sand the surface well with the manual sanding or automatic sanding machine.
Be sure that the surface is clean and well prepared prior to final coating.
