PU SANDING SEALER #1349 HS
PU SANDING SEALER #1349 HS is a polyurethane sealer based on poly-functional saturated polyesters. A two-component material with high covering property and sanding characteristics. Because of the excellent quality of raw materials and high solid content, it does give a covering film of great transparent and requires minimum coat.
Best for furniture, office tables, shelves, turned pieces, cabinets and all wood works.

Pot Life (20ºC) – 2 – 4 hours

Drying Time (20ºC) – Dust-free 15 – 20 min., To Touch 35 – 45 min., Sandable 1 – 2 hrs., Hard 24 – 3 6 hrs.
Coverage – 100 – 120 gms/m2
Recoating – Minimum 30 min – max 3 hours medium sanding with 240/360 mesh sandpaper is recommended before a subsequent coat is needed.
Prepare the surface to be painted with a manual or automatic sanding machine. Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, free from other contaminants.
Apply the required dyes or stain (optional).
Apply 1-2 coat of PU Sanding Sealer #1349 HS with catalyst, vertically and horizontally.
After the primed coat gets dried, sand it with medium sandpaper up to the extent not to damage the substrate.
If required, apply wood putty transparent on nail holes, cracks and joints.
To achieve a smooth and perfect finish, apply 1 – 2 coats of PU Sanding Sealer #1349 HS, sand with fine-grit sandpaper prior to the application 1 -2 coats of PU Lacquer.
