PU SANDING SEALER #1348 BF is a polyurethane sealer based on poly-functional saturated polyesters. A two component materials with high covering power, elasticity, sanding characteristics and bubble free. Because of the excellent quality of raw materials and high solid content, it does give a covering film of great transparency and requires minimum coat.
Best for furniture, office tables, shelves, turned pieces, cabinets, and all wood works.

Coverage – 90 – 120 gms/m2
Recoating – Minimum 30 min. -max 3 hrs. Medium sanding with 240/360 mesh sandpaper is recommended before a subsequent coat is needed.
Prepare the surface to be painted with a manual or automatic sanding machine.
- Apply the required stain (optional)
- Apply 1-2 coat PU Sanding Sealer #1348 BF with catalyst, vertically and horizontally.
- After the primed coat gets dried, sand it with medium sandpaper up to the extent not to damage the substrate.
- If required, apply wood putty transparent on nail holes, cracks and joints.
- To achieve a smooth and perfect finish, apply 1-2 coats of PU Sanding Sealer #1348 BF, sand with fine-grit sandpaper prior to the application 1-2 coats of PU Lacquer.
