PU Parquet EXT
PU PARQUET EXT is a polyurethane lacquer, particularly formulated for varnishing wood parquet, offering a very good flexibility and an outstanding resistance to abrasion for interior and exterior.

- Air Temperature – 5 -35°C
- Relative Humidity – 85% max.
Application Method – Brush, Spray, Roller
Thinner – PU Thinner #105/ 205
Mixing Ratio (% by Vol.) – Base 100 Cat. – 100 Thinner – 20-25
Pot Life – 3 – 4 hrs.
Drying Time (25°C)
- Dust Free – 30 – 35 mins.
- To Touch – 45 – 60 mins.
- To Recoat – 2 – 3 hrs.
- Hard Dry – 24 – 36 hrs.
Coating Rate – 6 – 8 m²/L
Recoating – Out coat may be sufficient for ordinary finish; however, one additional coat can be applied wet on wet if necessary. Light sanding with 400-600 grit sand paper is recommended before subsequent coat when recoating time exceeds 3 hrs.
Basecoat – PU Parquet Sealer
Apply 1 – 2 coats of PU Parquet Sealer, prior to application of PU PARQUET EXT.
- Paint should be used within the pot life after components have been mixed together.
- Never leave drums of Catalyst open.
