To a well-prepared surface, apply 1 – 2 coats of PU MATT (PIGMENTED) horizontally and vertically.
PU MATT (PIGMENTED) when applied by curtain coater, the viscosity of the lacquer should be controlled and monitored for the continuity of the finish. Thinners should be added at pre-set periods to compensate the loss of solvent due to evaporation during application.
One coat may be sufficient for ordinary finish; however, one additional coat can be applied wet on wet if necessary. Light sanding with 400 – 600 grit sand paper is recommended before subsequent coats, when recoating time exceeds 3 hour.
