PU matt #2160 black
PU MATT #2160 BLACK is a polyurethane material based on saturated polyester resin and selected pigment. It is formulated to give maximum gloss and high jetness, thanks for the high quality of raw material. Furthermore, PU MATT #2160 BLACK is resistant to both extreme weather with non-yellowing effect, resistant to abrasion and provides a very smooth and glossy finish.
Highly recommended to all woodworks, furniture such as beds, cabinets, chairs, sofas, doors and frames, turned pieces and the likes.

Recoating
One coat may be sufficient for ordinary finish. However, one additional coat can be applied wet on wet if necessary. Light sanding with 400-600 grit sand paper is recommended before subsequent coats when recoating time exceeds 3 hrs.
Recommended Basecoat – PU Primer White or Plastofil #350 White
It should be cleaned, well-sanded and free from dust, oil, water and other contaminants to ensure long lasting effect.
To obtain a smooth finish, ensure that the basecoat is sufficient to avoid uneven and irregular surface.
For cracks, crates and nail holes, it is advisable to fill with either Putty Filler. NC Putty #2185 White or Polyester Putty.
Apply 1-2 coats of PU MATT #2160 BLACK horizontally and vertically.
