PU GLOSS #507 CLEAR is a polyurethane glossy varnish based on poly-functional saturated polyester resin. A varnish of two component materials with excellent covering properties and optimum brilliant finish. Due to its high solid content, it provides a U.V. resistance; resistant to weathering and some limited acid spillage.

Recoating
Min. of 30min. max. 3 hrs., medium sanding with 240/360 mesh sand paper is recommended before subsequent coat is needed.
The surface to be top coated should be primed with either polyurethane primer or polyester prime.
It should be cleaned, well-sanded and free from dust, oil, water and other contaminants.
To a well-prepared surface, apply 1-2 coats of PU GLOSS #507 CLEAR horizontally and vertically.
If additional coat is required to obtain a good finish, light sanding is necessary with 600-800 grit sandpaper is recommended prior to final coating.
