PU FLEXISEAL 5051 is a two-component sanding sealer based on saturated polyester to provide a hard and flexible (even in high thickness application) basecoat for wood especially for interior/exterior applications.

Recoating
Minimum 30 minutes ~maximum 3 hours light sanding with 400~600 mesh sand paper is recommended before subsequent coat when recoating time exceeds 3 hours.
Mixing ratio should be correctly observed.
Paint should be used within the pot life after components have been mixed together. Pot life decreases at higher temperature.
Bubbling due to 4-5 coat within relatively short time likely to occur in summer. 1~2 thin initial coat and longer recoating interval (50-50 minutes) eliminates bubbling.
Never leave the catalyst open.
