Primeseal clear

PRIMESEAL CLEAR is a polyurethane sealer based on functional-saturated polyesters. A two component materials with excellent covering property, elasticity and sanding characteristics. Because of the good quality of raw materials, it does give a covering film of great transparency and requires minimum coat.

Recoating
Minimum 30min-max 3 hrs. medium sanding with 240/360 grit sand paper is recommended before subsequent coat is needed.

Prepare the surface to be painted with manual or automatic sanding machine.
Apply the required dye or stain (optional)
Apply 1 – 2 coats of PRIMESEAL with catalyst, vertically and horizontally.
After the primed coat gets dried, sand with medium sand paper up to the extent not to damage the substrate.
If required, apply wood putty transparent or putty fillers on nail holes, cracks and joints. Apply 1 -2 coats of PRIMESEAL prior to the final sanding and top coating.
To obtain a close grain finishes to a deep grain woods and veneers, apply multicoated PRIMESEAL with time intervals per coat to ensure no entrapment of micro bubbles that causes finishing defects.
