NC Sanding 721 Clear

A transparent sanding sealer of high quality based on nitrocellulose, modified alkyds and plasticizers. Used for filling and levelling wood surfaces where transparency is required. It has a very good body due to its higher solid content, resistant to over-spraying and wetting well the structure of the wood.

Keep material in a cool place below 250C. Keep the container tightly closed. Shelf life of 12 months minimum.
NC SEALER 721 CLEAR does not contain dangerous solvents, nevertheless, good ventilation in working rooms is recommended as well as the use if safety tools and equipment. The mixture, in its liquid state is flammable and harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes occurs, cleanse with fresh water and seed immediate medical advice.
NC SEALER 721 CLEAR is best for furniture in general, chairs, turned pieces and related products.

Coverage – 6 – 8 m²/L

Dilution – 100 – 150%

Thinner – 115 & 215

Drying Time:

Touch Dry – 10 – 15 minutes

Hard Dry – 4 hours

Sandable – 20 – 25 minutes

  • Apply the desired dyed or stains (optional).
  • Spray 1 – 2 coats of NC SANDING SEALER 721 or more depending on the texture of the substrate cross-sectional.
  • Sand it properly by manual or automatic sanding machine using 180 – 200 grit sand paper.
  • To fill deep grains, use wood putty filler (refer to technical data for colour range).
  • Repeat the same process prior to top coating.
