Nitrocellulose based paints
NC Primer #041 Black
A pigmented nitrocellulose blended with modified alkyd resins and selected fillers. It is formulated to give a high covering property, good sanding ability and good elasticity.
Keep material in a cool place below 250C. Keep the container tightly closed. Shelf life of 12 months minimum.
NC PRIMER #041 BLACK does not contain dangerous solvents, nevertheless, good ventilation in working rooms is recommended as well as the use if safety tools and equipment. NC PRIMER #041 BLACK is flammable and harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes or skin occurs, wash well with fresh water and seek immediate medical advice.
NC PRIMER #041 BLACK can be used for all type of wooden furniture, chairs, turned pieces, clothes-hooks, picture moulding and related products.

By spraying (3 – 4 atm)/Brushing
- For all woods; 1 – 2 coats thinned at 40% NC Thinner.
- For woods with deep grains; 2 – 3 coats thinned at 100% NC Thinner.
- Sand the surface well with manual sanding or automatic sanding machine.
Drying Time:
Dust-Free – 10 minutes
Hard Dry – 3 hours
Set to Touch – 20 – 25 minutes
Piling Up – 12 hours
