MASTIC ROYAL (ANTIBAC) is acrylic co-polymer based emulsion paint with outstanding wash ability and durability. It has good flow that gives a smooth finish and contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal component.

For use on interior surfaces, like plaster, gypsum boards, concrete and asbestos cement sheeting. MASTIC ROYAL (ANTIBAC) is highly recommended for hospitals and public places due to its active ingredients which exhibits extremely low water solubility and ensures long lasting protection against mildew and fungus. The active ingredients meet the requirements of the XlVth and XXXVlthe recommendations of the German Board of Health.

Appearance – Matt/Eggshell/Silk Semi-gloss/Gloss

Colour – As per RAL & NCS

Volume Solids – 39%

Specific Gravity – 1.2 – 1.5 kg/L

Coverage – 8 – 10 m2/L

Drying Time – 25 min.

Application – By brush, roller and spray

VOC Content – 76 g/L

New Substrates:
Substrate must be dry and free from any form of contaminants.
Apply 1 coat of MAS Masonry AR Primer as impregnating sealer.
Apply 1 -2 coats of MAS Masonry Primer into the substrate.
Application of MAS PVA Wall filler to smoothen the surface.
Application of 1 – 2 coats of MSTIC ROYAL (ANTIBAC) for final coatings.

Old Concrete (Previously Painted):
Remove all blistered, cracked and peeled off paint from the surface.
Penetrated paint must be cleared and treated with 3% ammonia and water.
Glossy finish coat must be sanded.
Apply 1 coat of MAS Masonry AR Primer, MAS Masonry Primer and PVA Wall filler for uneven surfaces prior to application of MASTIC ROYAL (ANTIBAC).
