HYDROSEAL #5000
HYDROSEAL 5000 is a self cross-linking water based sealer for interior / exterior wood coating. It is developed to provide a hard film but excellent sanding ability, high flexibility and environment friendly. HYDROSEAL 5000 meets the VOC content limit of Annex II, Phase II, Table A of European Directive 2004/42/EC:2004

HYDROSEAL 5000 is mainly use as a basecoat for all types of water based topcoat (PU/Acrylic). It is widely use as a sealer for all wood surfaces, thick woods, veneer, MDF, Bamboo canes and the like.

Store in the dark, cool and dry places. Shelf life up to 15 months in closed container.
HYDROSEAL 5000 does not contain dangerous solvents, nevertheless, good ventilation in working rooms is recommended as well as the use of safety tools and equipment. HYDROSEAL 5000 is harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes or skin occurs, wash well with fresh water and seek immediate medical advice.
• The mixture is ready for use and can be applied by brush or spray. Surface to be coated must be free of dirt and other contaminants. In the remaking of old woods, it is imperative to remove traces of wax, dirt and other oily matter to ensure a perfect adhesion of paints
• HYDROSEAL 5000 can be diluted with 5- 10% with clean demineralised water, and allow to dry for an hour before sanding to remove any raise grain.
• Ensure that HYDROSEAL 5000 is applied uniformly and never leave unsealed surface to avoid moisture.
