PRIMART #300
PRIMART #300 is a solvent based acrylic copolymer primer with excellent adhesion to most surfaces. Highly resistant to acids, alkalis and water. It is recommended to concrete surfaces to avoid chalky and efflorescence.
As a primer or sealer for exterior surfaces such as cement plasters, concrete, GRC and related substrate. It is also used as a protective basecoat for steel and metal surfaces and primers for Decorative Paints.

Coverage – 8 – 10 m2/L
Recoating – Min. 30 min. – max 3 hrs. medium sanding with 240-360 mesh sand paper is recommended before a subsequent coat is needed.
Concrete:
The substrate must be sound, clean, and free from dust, oil grease and other contaminants. All traces or release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing.
Steel:
The surface should be de-rusted by manual wire brushing and free from oil contaminants.
Method of Application:
- To the surface well prepared, apply 1-2 coats of PRIMART 300.
- Fill all cracks, deep holes and joints with putty.
- Sand the surface with medium-grade sandpaper.
- Apply 1-2 coats of Decorative paints.
