New Substrates:
- Substrate must be free from any form of contaminants.
- Apply 1 coat of MAS Masonry AR Primer as impregnating sealer for concrete.
- Apply 1 – 2 coats of MASTHERM 6000.
Old Concrete (Previously Painted):
- Remove all blistered, cracked and peeled off paint from the surface.
- Penetrated paint must be cleared and treated with 3% ammonia and water.
- Glossy finish coat must be sanded.
- Apply 1 coat of MAS Masonry AR Primer as impregnating sealer. Apply 1 – 2 coats of
MASTHERM 6000
Metal:
- Surface to be coated must be free from other
contaminants (oil, grease and other foreign
matters.) - Apply one (1) coat of MAS Aqua Metal Primer
and keep it dry for 24 hours. - Apply MASTHERM 6000 at the rate of 200
micron to attain the required specifications.
