NEW-STEEL:
New concrete should be cured at least 28 days. Remove all loose debris and other contaminants prior to application of multi-etch solution, rinse with fresh water and let it dry for 24 hrs.
OLD CONCRETE:
Concrete should be dry, free from dust, oil, debris and other contaminants. Remove all existing coat (if any) by scraping, grinding or with paint remover.
UNISEAL #110 can be applied by brush, roller and spray. Mix thoroughly 1 part of Resin A and 1 part of Hardener B and let stand for 10 – 15 minutes prior to application. Dilution of 5 – 10 % of Epoxy Thinner #135 is recommended if the consistency of the mixture is higher than the required application viscosity. Use a roller suitable for solvent base to evenly distribute the materials.
