Viscosity – 20 poises @250C
Coverage – 13 m2/L
Shelf Life – 12 months
Flash Point – 650C
Application – By brush or sponge
Dilution – 5% water max, if required
VOC – 75g/L
New Substrate:
- New concrete should be cured at least 28 days
- Substrate must be free from any form of contaminants
- Apply 1 coat of MAS Masonry AR Primer as impregnating sealer.
- Level the surface with MAS PVA Wall filler and sand until smooth.
- Apply 1-2 coats of MASCRYL as an intermediate coat (optional). Apply 1 coat of MAS PALMYRA in a non-uniform manner and rotational movements.
Old Concrete (Previously Painted)
- Remove all blistered, cracked and peeling off paint from the surface.
- Penetrated paint must be cleared and treated with 3% ammonia and water.
- Glossy finish coat must be sanded.
- Apply 1 coat of MAS Masonry AR Primer as impregnating sealer; apply 1-2 coats of MASCRYL (desired colour).
- Apply 1 coat of MAS PALMYRA in a specified application technique.
