To obtain the best effect and quality results, we suggest the following application recommendations. To attain an excellent finish, it is advisable to apply a primer coat. It can be applied in various surfaces like concrete walls, plaster, wood panels, iron and light alloys, etc. after previous preparation.
New Concrete Walls:
The wall should be fully fried without an alkaline substance and it should be smooth. Otherwise, scrape with PVA Wall filler, then sand with 180 grit sandpaper. Apply one (1) coat of MAS Masonry Primer White or Mascryl prior to the application of Galaxy.
New Wood:
Application of PVA Wall filler (if necessary) then sad with 280-grit sandpaper until smooth surface is obtained. Apply one (1) coat of MAS Undercoat White and two (2) coats of Galaxy with an interval of 5-6 hours at room temperature.
Old Wood, Old Iron (previously painted with alkyd and P.U paints):
Smoothen with 280-300 grit sandpaper to facilitate the adhesion of Primart 300 and then the Galaxy.
New Iron:
Smoothen the surface with sandpaper. Remove traces of oil, grease and other contaminants and apply one (1) coat of Deruster. Apply one (1) coat of Primart300 prior to the application of two (2) coats of Galaxy.
Light Alloys:
Remove grease ad smooth the surface and apply a coat of adequate primer. Apply one (1) coat of Primart300 before the application of Galaxy.
NOTE:
To obtain obvious and shining glitters, allow the paint to dry for about 24 hours. Soak a sponge on clean water and try to rinse the paint carefully until all glitters will be visible.
