MASDUR ZP is two component polyurethane material based on poly-functional saturated polyester resin. It is formulated to give a maximum protection for steel structure with anti-corrosion properties, thanks for the high quality of raw materials. Furthermore, MASDUR ZP is resistant to both extreme weather with no-yellowing effect, resistant to abrasion and provides a very smooth finish.

For use on exterior and interior surfaces like steel, fiberglass, reinforced fiberglass, concrete, plastic and general masonry surfaces in an epoxy system.
Colour – As per colour card

Volume Solids – 62%

Specific Gravity – 1.25

Gloss – Semigloss/Gloss

Flash Points – 30°C

Pot life – 6 hours

Mixing Ratio – 4:1

Recommended Catalyst – Masdur ZP Hardener

Thinner – PU Thinner # 105/205

DFT – 75-100 microns

Application Condition
Air Temperature 5~35°C
Relatively Humidity 85% max.

Drying Time @ 250C
To touch 2 hrs.
Hard dry 24 hrs.
Fully cured 5 days

STEEL:
Surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and some foreign matters. Recommended methods for repairing steel are by Sa 2 ½ sandblasting, wire brushing and derusting.

PRIMING:
Steel surface should be primed with Epobuild Zp. However, since MASDUR ZP is a self-priming topcoat it can be applied directly to the well-prepared substrate.

MIXING AND APPLICATION:
Mix component A and B at specified ratio ensuring they are complete homogenous. After thoroughly mix. Allow the mixture to stand for 15-30minutes. Apply either by brush, roller, or airless spray.
