PU Parquet AS
PU PARQUET AS is a polyurethane lacquer, particularly formulated for varnishing parquet, offering a very good flexibility and an outstanding resistance to abrasion (scratches and mechanical stress) and film hardness.

Recoating – Out coat maybe sufficient for ordinary finish; however, one additional coat can be applied wet on wet if necessary. Light sanding with 400-600 grit sand paper is recommended before subsequent coat when recoating time exceeds three (3 hrs.)
The mixture ready for use, can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Floors must be free from contaminants. In the remaking of old floors and parquet, it is essential to remove traces of wax, dirt and other oily matter to ensure a perfect adhesion of paints. Apply 1 -2 coats of PU Parquet Sealer, prior to application of PU PARQUET AS.
- Paint should be used within the pot life after components have been mixed together.
- Never leave drums of Catalyst open.
- Mix thoroughly the material before use and make sure the additive settlement will be properly dispersed.
- If possible to filter the mixture with a fine mesh strainer to eliminate strange matter on the film.
