POLYESTER PUTTY is based on saturated polyester resin, pigment and selected fillers. It is developed to fill cracks, joints and uneven surfaces of cars, steel works and furniture, etc.

Shelf Life – 6 months in tightly closed container
For Cars:
The surface must be free from oil, dirt and other contaminants.
It must be well primed either with epoxy or polyurethane primer.
Add 2% of catalyst, mix and scrape polyester putty evenly.
Sand the applied putty by water proof sandpaper intermittently with water soaking for a better and smooth finish.
For Furniture:
The surface must be primed by nitro based sealer or primer, polyurethane and polyester sealer or primer.
Apply polyester putty on cracks, joints and uneven surfaces.
Sand with sandpaper and continue the next procedure.
Hard 1 – 2 minutes
Sandable 5 – 10 minutes
