EPOPRIME HB is a two-component hi-build coat based on epoxy resins and hardener with high molecular weight.
For use as a primer/intermediate coat on structural steel and other surfaces, such as concrete and plastered walls. As a protective coat to metals from rust on extreme condition.

Metal surfaces should be free from grease, oil and other contaminants. Grit blasting to Sa2 ½ is much preferred to wire brushing and other methods of abrasion.
Stir contents of each container particularly the base resin very well.
Mix 4 parts of Resin A and 1-part Hardener homogenously using a flat paddle for at least five minutes. Mechanical mixing is much preferred with power drill with low RPM. Let it stand for 10 -15minutes induction time prior to application.
